I used to shave (personal preference) but my boyfriend begged me to grow it out because he said it made him feel a bit wrong, so nowadays I just keep it trimmed. I don’t really care either way - I’ll probably shave it in summer though, for convenience’s sake.
Does waxing the thighs count? Otherwise, no. The part that’s left is triangular and hasn’t been anywhere near scissors. No Brazillians, no landing strips (known as “goat cunts” in Spanish slang… well, in the one piece I’ve heard, I’m sure there’s others). The basic principle is “no hair below the bottom of my swimsuit.”
I keep it nicely trimmed up so there’s not hair poking out of my undies (and I usually wear a thong, so their smallish undies).
This is because I don’t like the look of hair poking out of my undies.
Hubby could care less. In fact, a couple of months ago he commented that he didn’t know why I bothered to shave my legs, pits or bikini area anymore as now we’re married I don’t have anyone to impress. Bless his heart, I suggested that I actually prefer to have my hair under control for my own self, but perhaps he should consider that I was trying to impress him…

I am kind of curious… I mean, your husband’s view comes from porn, but surely didn’t he have other girlfriend before you? And is married to you (and I’m guessing you don’t go bowling ball)? Surely he must’ve figured out there is great variety!
I voted for never, because I never shave down there any more. I used to shave or use Nair to remove hair that peeked out of a bathing suit. I don’t wear bathing suits any more (especially not the skimpy bikinis I used to wear). However, I do still trim the longer hairs, just to keep things a bit tidier.
I’ve also found that my pubic hair is noticeably much thinner than it used to be when I was younger.
Never had a ton of pubic hair to start with, and it doesn’t look all that interesting when kept wild, so I spent the last decade or so going from “trimming along the thighs” to “a little in the middle” to “a decorative soul patch” to “bald” and back again. At this point, it’s always bald, which was where I gravitated toward most during the past few years; it’s more about sensation and less about aesthetics for me as well. I don’t care if it looks like “I’m a little girl down there” to others or that those with fuller patches think I’m doing this as a result of male influence because they most likely don’t have the same type and amount of pubic hair. If I had something besides thin, straight pubes that didn’t seem to do anything interesting as decoration, I might have left well enough alone or at least left some of it behind down there, but I doubt it.
I answered “Never” but actually if I have to wear a bathing suit I do some clean-up work around the edges…
I didn’t vote because none of the options fit me. I currently wax, about once a month. I used to go to a salon, but now I do it myself - it’s really not bad; it’s just a question of what you’re used to. I go mostly bare, but you can put me in the “landing strip” category, I guess.

I shave my legs and pits and tweeze the occasional chin hair but if it’s not irritating me or embarrassing me in public I leave it alone.

I’ve got a question- people who let it grow, what texture do you have? Not having seen other people’s parts, but is pubic hair generally course and kinked? Or do the befurred girls have some sort of soft, downy tufts.
Phouka could simply mean that children and Barbie dolls don’t have pubic hair.
Hey Pullet, has your husband ever offered to do the barbering himself? My old boyfriend used to do this; I loved his attention to detail.
I’m a male, and am quite surprised by the 50:50 breakdown. For one thing, I don’t recall ever meeting or knowing any female in the last 15 years or so that doesn’t at least trim regularly. Most of them do quite bit more than that. Of course, I’m only talking about ones that I could possibly know, in their 20’s or 30’s. Perhaps it’s a generation thing. I’m old enough to remember when this wasn’t as common, but that was from old 70’s porn mags. In fact, I think it’s telling that “natural/hairy” is a tiny sub-genre of modern porn.
By the way, I also meticulously and regularly groom myself as well, just so it’s not one-sided.

I generally keep things trim just for ease of washing, and I do shave completely from time to time, but the stubble phase is really annoying so I don’t do it often.
Mine is decidedly on the course and kinky side. I actually didn’t realize it came in a straight and downy variety until I was studying a bunch of Asian nudes for an art class.
He has, but it was awkward because of limited bathroom space.
Or a married vs unmarried thing, but I’m the same way. I don’t know of anyone who’s all natural…

You know I was one of those millions crashing the website when he talked about this, but I thought for sure that picture had to be altered. Even if my nether regions had never seen a razor or pair of scissors or clippers in their entire life, I’d never be able to sport such a “pelt”. And I am no prude; I have seen my share of naked women (remarkably many for a heterosexual woman, I’d say) as well as porn from all eras, and still had never seen anything as…well magnificent doesn’t seem to do it justice…as this. So all signs were there for it being a bit of touch-up at the very least. That is, until I had the lack of judgment to google up even more pictures of Ms. Moore sans bottoms. Oh my! That is all I can say about that. 
My wife doesn’t do any grooming in that area. I offer to do it for her, but she won’t let me.
This topic came up at dinner last Thanksgiving. My sister, who is 37, had been at her hairdresser. After the cut and coloring, the hairdresser asked whether my sister wanted her pubic hair colored to match. My sister asked, “Is that what the kids are doing these days?” The answer: “Some of the older women do it. The younger ones don’t have anything to color.”
Mine is coarse and kinked and I definitely do it for an ease of washing and general comfort (some underwear elastics will catch in it, no one likes having hair pulled unexpectedly). Trimming is all I tend to do unless feeling like going bare which is not often.
I’m 30 and get it completely waxed off once a month and most of my girl friends do as well, I’d say 75%, all late 20’s to early 30’s. I do it for myself, I feel cleaner and like the way it looks and sex is way more pleasurable. Waxing isn’t bad at all, I actually find it soothing. Before I waxed I shaved, and man, those Mach 3 cartridges just really start getting expensive!
