I was just shown images of female genitalia that had been vacuum-pumped to engorge them with blood. They were enormous! Questions:
1: Is this painful? Pleasurable?
2: How long does the vulva stay that way?
3: When the same appartus is used on men, how long does it stay that way?
Just curious. Thought I’d seen everything! Anyone with first-hand experience?

I’ve talked to guys into this and they all say it’s very pleasurable, although the joy comes from the size gains, rather than some stimulis (although blood stetching penile tissues taut, probably do make for a bit more sensitivity, similar to an incredibly engorged hard-on).
I’m not sure, but it probably doesn’t last longer than an hour or so. It’s not only blood that gets pulled in, but you get fluid drawn into the scrotum as well (IIRC).
Another facet is inflating the scrotum with a saline drip. It takes a while for that to go down since your body has to absorb the saline.
I’m more interested in the female end of this. Does SHE enjoy it?
Saline drip into the scrotum? That’s just weird… Why, to make the scrotum temporarily larger? I imagine the health risks would be quite large - injecting non-sterile liquids into the scrotum seems like asking for trouble. Egads.
