Fictitious movie credits

I watched ‘Adaptation’ with Nicolas Cage this morning, which has the fictition screenplay writing credit of Donald Kaufman.

What other totally fictitious credits are there? I don’t mean actual people credited with a psuedonym, but completely made-up.

The Coen brothers spring to mind (Fargo, Brother Where Art Thou). They credit Roderick Jaynes in all their movies as film editor, though they do it themselves. Apparently they’ve had Albert Finney pretend to be Roderick Jaynes.

I seem to recall that Fargo also credits Prince as an extra although he never appears in the film.

Would the gag credits in Zucker-Abrams-Zucker films count? “Worst Boy: Adolf Hitler” often appears after the best boy, and “Foreez: A Jolly Good Fellow” shows up a lot, too.

For Sleuth (don’t read the spoiler if you haven’t seen the film):

All of the cast credits except Michael Caine and Lawrence Olivier.

In TV, Rocky and Bullwinkle always credited “Ponsonby Britt” as executive producer; it was a fictitious name for Jay Ward and Bill Scott.

Fargo doesn’t credit Prince; one of the crew made a goofy, Prince-like symbol and put in the credits for himself. I think there’s a smiley face in the middle of it.

Wow, an Alan Smithee thread.
