I love my internet friends here, and I talk about you guys all the time, but it’s always a bit awkward when I say the name.
“The Straight Dope? Like Weed?” It was always hard to explain.
Well that problem is no more because my new job involves me writing about drugs, drug addiction, and finding the right place for rehab. If I need a bit of a mental break I can just log into the website and if anyone walks by my desk (we have that horrible open desk arrangement thing) they see “The Straight Dope” and can just assume I actually AM on a message board about drugs.
