Finding a magazine back issue, specifically Easyrider

When I was in the service, my unit helped out one of our HD riders by posing for a group photo that he submitted to Easyrider that got published. I recently thought of that again for some reason or another and have long since lost my copy. Kinda miss the boys and would like to get my hands on that photo again. If I remember correctly, it was the May 1988 issue, give or take a month.

I’ve written to Easyrider but they don’t carry back issues that far, and all the back issue distributors for mag collectors I’ve found on the net either don’t carry that mag, or don’t go that far back either.

Is anybody here a long time Easyrider collector or know somebody who is that might be interested in a sale of that issue, or at least a high quality scan of the page?

It looks like there are some Easyrider collectors selling their back issues on Ebay. You might want to see if they have any going back that far.

iam sure i have it because someone i know is in the magazine it is down in my basement with hundreds of other magazines (easyriders) i would have to dig it out how bad do u really need the pic?jerry

I should think some public libraries (especially the main library in a big city) might subscribe and keep archives.

Note that turbodog asked this question seven years ago and hasn’t been on the forum in six years. Even in the event that he’s still looking for the magazine, he probably will never see this new info.
