Even in the best case scenario - and I’m thinking a woman whose hands are tied with christmas ribbon and a pretty little bow - you’d still want to ungag them, just to make sure it was their idea and that they’re in the right room. If it wasn’t her idea to be tied up, or if she didn’t do it for your benefit, or she got cold feet since, I would check that their circulation is okay* and then untie them.

*Am I correct in believing that being bound incorrectly can cause potentially dangerous blood clots?

I think in most circumstances I’d let them go immediately. If they looked dangerous or like they just committed a crime I probably wouldn’t.

If she just committed a crime so badly that she (the perpetrator) ended up naked and bound, I would release her anyway – she’s clearly so incompetent a criminal as to provide no threat.

Former EMT speaking. My first instinct will always be to render aid and assistance, unless I knew beforehand something was going on such as stumbling into a porn set. If she wanted to take me for a ride out of gratitude for saving her, that’d be fair, but I wouldn’t take advantage of her confinement.

Taking all of this literally, I would echo other posters in saying that I don’t know what the strict legal obligations (if any) would be, and the situation is unusual enough that I wouldn’t be very concerned with considering “obligation” from any particular moral or ethical framework.

Framework is strictly legal for the purposed of the OP.

But I wonder if there is meant to be a metaphorical understanding of this scenario. That would change things, more than a little.

And com’on does no one here have any imagination of how this could happen? Perhaps she was part of a movie set and when they packed up they forgot about her. There is even no requirement for her to be tied up in the woods, it could be in a structure, vehicle, movie studio, it’s sort of open.

The phrase “and you engage in sexual intercourse” is just wrong, because that would never happen, if I were in any way able to prevent it. For all that such a woman appears to be “of sound mind”, I am not about to involve my penis in any situation so bizarre and random as this.

This is either the epitome of “don’t stick your dick in the crazy” or its “do you want YOUR semen involved in the potential crime scene?” I really can’t see ANY situation where “go for it” is wise here. Granted, not a guy so I think with only one brain.
