When I first came across friend finn007, I asked him to stop SHOUTING 'cause places where I’d been, like here, folk don’t like it. To him, it isn’t “shouting”, just another way of using emphasis.
And yes, EmeraldGrue, I know finn007. He is his own fellow – and probably does have a chip on his shoulder about Americans (finn, mate, if that’s th’ case – knock it off. This isn’t a place full of folk tryin’ to ram their red-white-and-blue culture down your throat or change your way of life. Ease up a bit, there.)
He posts in an individual, singular way (to use the Sherlockian meaning of “singular”). He’s the type who, rather than follow the herd down the well-worn track, with head up the slope and report back on how different things look from up there.

I’ve seen his ALL CAPS posts a year ago, and every so often these days. I figured he’d not quite got the caps lock unlocked. If he says he has a slight disability where his hands aren’t as flexible – yeah, that would explain it.
