Who was annoyed when Reynolds did not defenestrate Jayne?

I wasn’t. Jayne’s the best character on the show.
You haven’t seen the pilot, Dude. 
I must admit dramatically I’d rather lose Book, Simon or River, so I guess that puts him in the middle for me.
Still, if they are going to kill the series, what a great way to go.
