When I was an Ohio resident, I lived only a few miles from the Clague House Museum, which was once the home of early Manx settlers in the Cleveland suburb of Westlake. Here is a view of the structure featured on an Isle of Man stamp in 1975.
Why do you need to know someone? There are stamp conventions all over the country that will have these issues. Just consult with your local philatelic society…
