What happened?
That damned casein again???
I hope that all goes well with you.
Oh, crud, that’s never fun.
Hopefully by a beautiful person of your preferred gender.
W00T!
As am I.
Thanks - really!
Feel better soon.
Will you be able to play the piano after the operation?
Could you play it before?
Buck up, Big… um, T.
Just don’t go do that dying thing people like to do in the hospital.
Not First time IST?
Get well.
Hope all is well. Keep us posted.
On the plus side, you’re missing Trump’s nonsense of the day.
Hey, if you need a kidney, I’ll post signs for you.
Hope it all turns out ok.
ETA: they’ve got WiFi, but did you remember to bring a charger?
Hope all is well!
I hope everything turns out ok!
Mocking the OP for an issue in his past board history in a thread announcing his hospitalization is out of line. This is an official warning for being a jerk. Do not continue this behavior.
I’m having chest pains that sometimes go down my arms. It’s not a panic attack, as I know those.
It’s not my heart, as I’d hoped it wasn’t, but everything online said you couldn’t be too careful.
My BP was high, even for when I’m anxious. And they think it may be a GI issue, but not an emergency. Which means I have to get regular drs appointment.
The nitro they gave me did a number in me (scared me when I almost felt I’d faint going to xray), so I just went straight to bed when I got home. Still laying down.
Thanks for the well wishes. Even VT’s comment made me smile. That’s how you do that type of joke.
This made me laugh, too. And yes to both questions, albeit better by ear than written music. It actually makes it harder to listen to music, since I’m always thinking about how to play it.
Oh, and thanks Dr J. The phlebotomist I think counts. :o
OK, I’ll return the 14 PayPal contributions we were going to use to hire a clown to cheer you up.
Absolutely. When there is anything you might think involved your heart don’t hesitate.
Dude!
Two years(?) ago I was having horrible chest pain. The first episode lasted five minutes and stopped, so I incorrectly assumed it wasn’t my heart. A few days later it happened again. By the time I made an appointment with my PCP the episodes were happening almost every night and lasting around 15 minutes despite the Maalox I was chugging at bedtime…
It turned out I was experiencing unstable angina, and one of the episodes was actually a heart attack. A single stent and I’m now symptom free for two years.
The worst part was the shit everyone gave me for not seeking medical attention immediately.
