Fixed spaces/true type in a post...

I need to post the figure shown below. How do you force spaces into a post at the start of a line? Also, can you select a true type font?

Here’s what I want to post:
…/
…/–
…/||
…|/|
…/

…/| |
…/ | |
…/ | |
…/ | |
…/------------
…/| |
…/ | | \

Periods have been added to the start of each line to force space, but w/o TT it’s still compressed.

Try this instead, FWIW…

…/
…/–
…/|__|
…|/|
…/–
…/|…|
…/ |…|
…/…|…|…
…/…|…|…
…/------------
…/|…|
…/.|…|.\

Let’s try it using the CODE command.

........../\
........./--\
......../|__|\
.........|/\|
........./__\
......../| |\
......./ | | \
....../ | | \
...../ | | \
..../------------\
.../| |\
../ | | \

How’s that? {code} to turn it on; {/code} to turn it off. (Using straight brackets instead of curly ones.)

Wow. It was even used in the OP I replied to; dunno how I missed it. Thanks!

Meanwhile, we have no other control over the font than that afforded by the bold, italic, sub, sup, and code tags. Dangit, I want my Symbol font! Wingdings would be nice, too, but they’re less universal (I don’t think that Macs have Wingdings).
