There are a number of stories about the irregularities in the absentee ballot application process in Seminole and Martin(?) counties, one of them is here. My understanding is that the law provides that only the voter or a member of his immediate family may submit an application, and that the law provides a specific remedy for “improper” applications. What is the specific remedy?
