Im 17 and I just got my learners permit. I turn 18 in 10 months is there anyway I can get an opretor’s or valid before 10 months? If not can I get a non dui hardship?

According to this, no. You have to have a permit for one year to get your license or have turned 18 and passed the test.
can I atleast get a special hardship license that alows me to go to school and work?

I don’t think you’ll get what you want. But there is no harm in asking. Also, IF they do allow it, you will have to have a hearing. So you’ll have to go down to the office (one in your area) and have an interview with the Hardship Counsel (or whatever the crap they’re called). You’ll be asked to justify your needs for a hardship and explain how you are currently getting around, etc. Good luck with that.
