Flyp's Apartment DopeFest?

That’s right, who’s up for hanging out in my apartment next Friday night? I’ll be there, and there’ll be a plethora of booze. Good tunes from my replaced CDs. Maybe I’ll get a camera and post the pics. Who’s with me??

Sorry. A whim.

Won’t happen again.

Probably.

[hyjack] NYCDoperfest, June 2000: there was a sign in the bar that read something to the effect of “Come here more often. Think about it. Do you REALLY want these people using your bathroom?” I believe we got a couple pictures of it. [/hyjack] 'Tis a brave, brave thing you’re suggesting, Flyp.

As someone who HAS hung out in Flyp’s apartment, I will attest to the fact that he is a great host with a cool pad. He’ll let you hear anything you want from his big, individually labeled CD collection. He’ll play drinking games with you, and he’ll even stay confined to his room as not to disturb the sleeping occupants in the living room.

I’d happily hang out again, but Springfield is just too damn far away.

Would this debauche be June 23rd?

I’m with boli. I’d happily hang out at Flyp’s place again. He’s a wonderful host. Besides, I’ve had this desire to hear Nelson recently… ducking (Hey Flyp - you hear they’re putting out a new album? Should we sign you up?)

Actually Flyp I am going to be in Springfield at the end of the month. If your invitation will hold till then I can make it. it would be good to have one night away from the family.

Osip

Well, I’ll have to look like a big ass here and say that, unfortunately, I won’t actually be having a meeting of any sort at my apartment that night. I was having a bit of fun with the fact that there are/were 6 or so meeting threads floating around the forum.

So yeah, go ahead, hate me. It was a joke.

I hate you.

I’m coming anyway!

boli’s been in Flyp’s apartment. Boli knows where Flyp lives. I know a locksmith.

Who says you can’t have a party at someone’s apartment without them there?

Fine by me, SR, but I’m not cleaning the bathroom this time.

And I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Springfield, but I pretty much am the party as far as this town is concerned. Ask anyone who was at the original Spiffling.
