I’m not sure what this phrase means. It’s not a famous person. On the other hand, suppose this story takes place during the time of Moses, and in order for it all to work, there must be no such thing as electricity. Now, the guy would still be an anonymous dead guy, but a dead guy from 4,000 years ago. Does that make him a historical figure? You tell me that, and I’ll tell you if he’s a historical figure.
