I googled and just keep getting references to Website Banner software, I just want to manipulate text. The idea would be to be able to make text wrap around a picture of a ball or go from small to large like for a school penant. I used a banner program years ago to do this (like windows 3.1 time) but don’t even know where to look now. This is not for professional use so free is better:) Anyone have ideas?
It’s probably overkill, but the Gimp will do it.
Dunno about free/share Windows programs.

Anyway, download.com has tons of shareware of any type so look around there for what you want.
