Tried it yesterday. Put a good amount of fresh cracked pepper on it… then went back and put twice again as much.
It was pretty tasty… has anyone ever tried hot sauces on ice cream?
Oooh - I order baked potato pizza whenever I possibly can. Sometimes the potatoes are mashed, sometimes baked or boiled, sometimes just sliced thin and plopped on the pizza before baking. (I made one of this last style just this afternoon, come to think of it. Sliced potatoes, bacon, leeks sauteed in the bacon grease, mozzarella, goat cheese, drizzle of olive oil. It’s from the Pioneer Woman.)

Oooh - a quick delicious salad: baby spinach, walnuts or pecans (it’s better if they’re candied, but I’ll admit that this can be a bit much), red onions sliced thin, goat or feta cheese, and Italian dressing. Amazing.
