There is a huge difference between a certain group being represented and “running” something, which clearly implies some sort of unified agenda that they share by virtue of being Jews. It’s naive to pretend that’s not exactly what’s meant when people “muse” that the Jews are running anything.

This seems like a huge non sequitur. Musing and racist aren’t mutually exclusive. I mean I guess “I wonder if [ethnic group] [fulfills stereotype] because [reason]” is better than “[ethnic group] [fulfills stereotype] because [reason],” but not by a whole lot.

(And, again, I drew no inference. Baptists are probably dominate in some industry; Buddhists dominate California bakery shops; so what?)

Exactly. “Jewish people are predominately in leadership positions in the entertainment industry” is a different concept than “the Jews run the entertainment industry.”
I note that most of the people in Congress, Senate, and Presidency are Christian. Does this mean “The Christians run the US?”

This is a terrible analogy because the Christians do run the US. I do notice that a large majority of the NBA and the NFL are black. This means that black people run professional sports in America. The point is, your small list doesn’t begin to demonstrate the domination you claimed. Has their been a higher percentage of Jews in the entertainment industry than in the population at large? Probably. Is that percent anywhere close to what domination would imply? I doubt it and you’ve provided nothing that would make any rational person think otherwise.
But do they run it in the sense meant by the phrase “the Jews run Hollywood?”
