The LA opera just announced, through general manager Placido Domingo that starting in the 2008 season they will be performing Der Ring Des Nibelungen, in its entirity. The first two operas of the cycle in the 2008-2009 season and the last two in the 2009-2010 season and then complete multi day performances summer of 2010.
