I will be the one to stay on topic. It’s actually a very easy question to answer:
As a Christian, I believe God lives in heaven, which is somewhere in the clouds. He has long white hair and a long, white beard. Although he didn’t write them down, he thought up the Ten Commandments, which he expects us to abide by, to the letter. He and his boys’ exploits were faithfully described in his biography, which we call the Bible. We are expected to learn life lessons from that book (e.g. don’t eat fruit you’re told not to eat, like that bitch in the garden).
If the deity of someone else’s religion is exactly like my deity, except for some small difference, like, say, he sports a brunette sole patch and flat-top instead of a white beard and long hair, then I would say that his religion is 99% correct.
If the deity of someone else’s religion is about half the same as my deity, like, say, he is a black, lesbian midget, with only Five Commandments, and a daughter who tells us, do unto others as you would do unto your worst enemy, then I would say that his religion is 50% correct.
If the deity of someone else’s religion is completely different from my deity, like, say, he’s made entirely out of anti-matter, has Ten Bizzaro Commandments (e.g. Thou shall take my name in vain whenever you feel like it, Thou shall commit adultery whenever you can get away with it etc.) and who’s Bible is nothing but tales of he and his boy’s deviant sexual behavior and exploits, then I would say that his religion is 1% correct.
With you, the atheist, who’s deity is made of 100% nothing, while my deity is made of 100% something, I would say that your religion is 0% correct.
