Let’s look at the exchange again, for the record.
It starts with Lust4Life wildly and irresponsibly mischaracterizing (bolded below) the reason why this law firms’ display is unconscionable, with a tiny fig leaf at the end.
Our Hero comes in with a comment that is primarily refuting the post, but contains one subjective insult directed at Our Goat’s dickish behavior (“Re-read my post, particularly the last line”–you can feel the sneer, can’t you?) when called upon his gross, blatantly inaccurate insinuations by noble mhendo.
And then Lust4Life, why, he just responds to that with a well-reasoned and cited rebuttal that holds the moral high ground. Or, y’know, he starts the first of dozens of poorly-formatted and conceived insult posts.
Since then, the thread has mostly been about laughing at L4L’s idiotic insults, and L4L digging deeper and deeper into the hole he himself created. And now we’ve reached the best stage, where he declares that he’s really winning and I’m really fleeing from this argument.
