Anyone else see this show? Is it me, or does it promote obsessive, slightly psychotic, and unattractive behavior?
I mean, who would date a guy who invites a woman to meet him on a television show to proclaim his love for her, after only meeting her 3 times?
Don’t get me started with the woman who purposed to the guy who’s already engaged in front of a crowed.
Ummmm…obviously you must have missed that part where it was revealed that the girl was actually his soulmate.
I wasn’t “watching” it, but the tv did happen to be tuned in at the time of broadcast. 
Another load of crap from FOX. The one I did see was a woman in tears because her husband of one year (?) was always at the strip club. Rather than do something rational, the woman chose to go to the strip club and dance, surprising her husband (and his friends!), who were in attendance.
I was suprised that the followup claimed the couple were more committed to making their marriage work now. Well, I think that is just stupid. What is the husband had developed a penchant for pedophelia? Would she indulge that obsession as well? I can well understand a woman wanting to share her husband’s interest, but somehow, going to the strip clubs is not what comes to mind. Sports, yes, Strip clubs, no.
I had to turn it off after that.
The commercial that disturbed me was the ex-girlfriend who rented the truck and put her face on the side, with a “MARRY ME INSTEAD OF HER” sign and ambushed her ex-boyfriend and his fiancee. And tried to convince him to break up with the fiancee!
He should have rented a truck with a “LEAVE ME ALONE, YOU SCARY, SCARY WOMAN” sign on the side.
That woman was arguing with him, telling him how much he loved her. She was friggin’ crazy.
Actually, upon viewing the commercials it does look like the woman with him is his fiancee. In reality, it is the co-host of the show who accompanied the woman and is also trying to get the ex-boyfriend to give in.
Ahhh, I didn’t watch the show. Seriously, you pull a Psycho Ex stunt like that and you’re off my Possible Reconciliation List forever.
Also, the man didn’t actually have a fiancee. He was living with his current girlfriend of two years, and Psycho-ex-girlfriend thought he was engaged to her, but she was mistaken.
What really ticked me off about that show was the lie-detector test at the end. Despite the show’s claim that the polygraph is “97% accurate”, there’s no evidence that the polygraph machine can detect lies any better than non-technical means.
Tracer, I know… I see that all of the time and it always pisses me off.
