That happened automatically because that thread was strated first, but reread that title again - it says the president of France disclosing the existence of aliens might be the only way to prevent nuclear war and planetary disaster. Is that really boring?

Look, the world is going to end sometime, right? Guaranteed. But we don’t know when, nobody does except Jesus. Could the world end in 2012? Either it’s going to end in 2012, or it will end in some other year. That means the odds of the world ending in 2012 is 50-50. Better start saying your apologies to the man upstairs while you still can.
In fact, he stated that even himself didn’t know the day, and that it would take everybody by surprise. Fortunately for us, many modern Christians are much smarter than Jesus, and can predict the day and warn us in a timely fashion.

Why WOULD it be the President of France who reveals ET evidence? Who says it’s the President of France that knows? What’s if it’s the PM of New Zealand? What if it’s Ollanta Humala?
And WTH do Marian apparitions have to do with ET or with 2012? Look, either it’s the aliens or it’s Jesus and his Mom. Maybe Jesus and his Mom are aliens but then that would be a bloody disappointment for the truly faithful. Plus I have the feeling that a large part, if not a huge majority, of those who’d be into following up on ET technology to save the planet would be massively uninterested in what religion has to say about that, never mind in Marian devotion. At least Bob Dobbs promises us triple our money back if we fail to arrive at the promised land.
BTW, if everything in the Fatima messages was to happen in the 20th Century, and we got an 11-year “break”… where did that come from? Was never mentioned that I recall, has never been explained AFAIK. It seems some of the messages, it turns out, were all along about symbolic or spiritual conflicts, not actual events – and really, the RCC is notoriously NON-apocalyptic, as befits an institution dating all the way back to Roman times. And FWIW I just don’t see Mary as the sort to go around scaring the kids half to death with really horrible tales of doom.
(Medugorje? Really? That has been so contaminated by other factors from the start… and I can’t help but notice it did nothing to prevent Yugoslavia from being the one part of Europe that descended into war and atrocity almost as soon as the communist yoke was off. Oh, and while Fatima and Akita are apparitions ratified by the Vatican - which is where it counts, the RCC is not a democracy - Medugorje has not been yet, and was even kept at an arm’s length by the hierarchy for a while until Vlasic was purged, and only then could the proper inquiry begin.)
It also said all this would happen “if men do not repent and better themselves”. Maybe people repented.
