I do know how to make a screensaver from pictures into a screensaver on my own computer, but I’d like to make a screensaver that other people can have too. I tried one last year that was supposed to work with power point, but it wouldn’t work for most people.
What I’m looking to do is pretty simple: using the jpgs that make this graphic http://www.geocities.com/mulderscreek/MCS3.gif (you’ll need to copy and paste), I’d like to make a similar screensaver that people can download. Being able to add sounds too would be neat, but not necessary.
Any suggestions for the best free program to accomplish this?
Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?
There is a shareware program called Screen Saver Builder that a friend of mine used to make a screensaver for download/distribution. I have not used it to make a screensaver, but my friend was no geek so I’m guessing it’s easy to use. You do not need the program to use the screensaver. IIRC the cost to buy was about $15.
I know you were looking for freeware, but since no one else has responded, maybe you can use this info. Good luck!
Have you tried www.download.com? They have tons of stuff that might work.
I know they do. But the “tons” part is the problem. I was hoping for recommendations to narrow it down. Thanks, though.
