Free web space I can FTP into?

I’m looking for basic, free, web-hosting à la Geocities and such, bit I need to be able to FTP files to it. Preferably in the neighborhood of 15 megs.

I’m trying to ease the load on the private server my web site is currently on, as I was told to limit it to 10 megs and I’ve recently noticed I’m exceeding that.

The free accounts on www.angelfire.com allow you to FTP files using the standard FTP programs, and the basic account is 20 megabytes. I’ve had my account for about five years.
