French Bread (Need Answer Fast)

I am right in the middle of typing a post on another board. In it I am referencing a large commercial bakery company in France. It was founded by an American and has a name like Paul’s Bread, it has a corner on the small sandwich bread market in France, and also does a lot of snack cakes and stuff.

Any ideas?
