Fringe April 1 2010

Not feeling it. Any chance I could get a summary of I’m missing?

Me? Examples: Walter calls a menswear manufacturer to complain that when his boxers are properly centered in front, the seam in back doesn’t line up with his ass crack, so until the design flaw is fixed, he will be going commando.

Agent Broyles calls to advise that an invoice for 100 pounds of airmailed authentic Scottish haggis as medical equipment is doubtful.

That’s hilarious!

Unfortunately, there’s a glitch on the Fox site that causes the most recent episode to play (loudly) as background - can’t figure out how to make it stop. Maybe I’ll call them and leave a message :p.

And tell them you are going commando until they fix it.

Walter said that he had to do it on the lake, so that the water could absorb allt he excess energy. My take is that in doing so, it thinned the ice directly under the machine. And yes, the machine did fall through as well.

I’ve been thinking that Walternate is the big bad ever since we learned that Walter stole his Peter. Walter implied that all of the Pattern has been caused by his foray to the other universe. What if Walternate has been pushing from his side as well? And I suspect that the shapeshifters from over there were also a byproduct of the Pattern, meaning Walternate had no experience with them at the time of the kidnapping.

Regarding Walter’s make up: after Peter died, I think they reduced the make up on purpose. Losing his son aged him. His acting also started to show the Walter we know, stuttering, sharper movements, and so on. Losing Peter is what sent him down the path of insanity.

That would definitely do it!
