From a letter to the Times

Just gotta share this. A letter to the Times suggested giving the Nobel Peace Prize to the people of Minneapolis. This just could end up with Trump literally (that is, actually) dying of apoplexy.

They should get Time’s Person of the Year award, too.

I saw that somewhere. It’s only a nomination, and there are likely hundreds of nominations, but even the fact that Minneapolis has been nominated ought to outrage Trump.

Alert the ketchup cleaners!

If they need to clean it out of the little hollow places in the gold decorations, can they just pull them down and wash them in the sink? Or are they permenently attached?

Nothing is permanent in construction.

That would be so sweet. Or maybe just the ICE resistance in general.

Can a Nobel be awarded to a large group of people instead of just one? Who would be the one to physically receive the gold medal and money?

27 organizations have been given the Prize, the most recent being the Centre for Civil Liberties in Ukraine.

Unlike Time, they’re never given one to an unaffiliated group of people. The closest was in 1947 when the Quakers won, but were represented by two organizations.

I think they are attached with that 3M stuff that you pull and it snaps the plastic Do-Dad right off the wall.
