Our waterbed mattress finally blew out at the seams and was unpatchable. We ordered a new one online for cheaper than we could buy locally but it probably won’t be here before Monday. I think I read allow 3-5 days for shippping.

I gave the guest bed to our son because the rail broke on his brass bed. Our daughter is bringing a new mattress and box springs down at the end of the month for the guest room.

I am using this opportunity to finally swap the guest room with the room used for office/exercise/crafts/whatever so both of those rooms are tore apart. The carpet in my own bedroom is too wet to put a mattress down there.
So all of these factors combined means it’s mattress on the floor of the living room time. Maybe by the end of the day I’ll have the new guest room in shape enough to put the mattress in there for the night.
