I tried to dye some really big eggs, but the things inside kept trying to attach themselves to my face. I got so frustrated I just gave up.

She already has multiple timers and I already gave her a thing that you put in with the eggs and when it changes color they’re done. Amazing how it stayed so completely dry while the eggs got a-boilin’ and it rested on the kitchen’s shelf.
It’s not that she doesn’t have the information on what to do, it’s that she just won’t. But the same applies to much of her cooking and ingredients-shopping, or to buying clothes and furniture; she’s one of those people who expect the world to fold to her convenience and desires. She would have fit well in the Bush-the-Second WH, if it wasn’t for those pesky language requirements.
That was one of the color changing things so I guess there’s just no hope for her. Personally, I’d take my eggs soft boiled over grey boiled, but I’d much prefer them done properly.
