I recommend that you borrow a friend’s bike and lock it around some street furniture near this guy’s house. Buy one of those pinhole type spy cameras and mount it somewhere inconspicuous and looking at the bike. Make sure this is one of those spy cameras that can record video and transmit a signal over the air waves.
Rent a U-Haul truck and load it up with your hit men. Park it near this guy’s house, but not in front of it. When the guy goes to steal the bike, make sure you let him take it into his house so you can get incriminating evidence.
