So, Obama’s first duties are to pick a Cabinet. His Secretary of State wasn’t Constitutionally eligible without a lot of fooling around (and he didn’t notice). His VP is a plagiarist (and he didn’t care). The rest of his picks are tax cheats, or too smart to be associated with him.

What will he do for an encore - fart during a press conference?
