Your team is up by 5 with 3:00 left in overtime with the fucking ball and you commit a fucking offensive foul away from the ball. Are you completely out of your stupid, fucking mind? It’s all your fault you idiotic, pathetic piece of shit.
I’d say I feel bad for you but I’d be lying. Getting outscored 13-2 in the last 3 minutes wasn’t all Horry’s fault. Where was Shaq? Kobe? Anybody? Go Sixers.
Though Horry did not have one of his better games, I wouldn’t place the blame on him. Instead, I think the Sixers just outplayed the Lakers throughout most of the game, and certainly in the last few minutes of the OT.
Good game to watch. I hope the series goes 7 games, and every one is just as good as this one.
During an interview after today’s game, Horry was asked if he was surprised by the Sixers’ propensity for hanging tough and fighting back time and again during the contestand the series.
His response?
“Yeah, it’s their so-called heart.”
“So-called??” Hey, I thought you guys were gonna sweep Philly?? No problems…
I was gonna say, when I saw this thread, Horry redeemed himself today. I’ve been a Lakers fan, but I have to admit I’m rooting for the Sixers now. Jill
Not a single Laker player or coach said anything about a sweep. I personally thought the whole notion of a sweep over Philly was ridiculous. It was just a bunch of asshole sports journalists who were talking sweep. I think that the Lakers will win in 5 or 6 but it will be tough.
