This morning, while I was at the Campus Center at our college, two heavy-set girls sat down near my table. I couldn’t help by listening in on their conversation.
Bitch (takes a look behind her, then talks to her friend, LOUDLY): You know that girl behind me?
Friend of Bitch: Yeah.
Bitch: GOD, I HATE HER! My friend and I used to make fun of her in orchestra class!
After that they talked in lower voices, but the Bitch kept looking back at the girl.
The girl they were talking about was sitting at a table near the Bitch sort of looked behind her, then went back to her work. I couldn’t stand it and went to my car to get my sweater, as it was cold in the Campus Center (probably because that ice bitch walked in), to get away from all that petty bullshit.
Fuck you! Where the hell do you think you are? Middle school? Why don’t you go take your holier-than-thou ass back to the garbage pile you belong to. I had to put up with assfucks like you all through middle and high school, and I don’t need to see your petty behavior here! Bitch.
So, in response to girl A telling girl B that she hates girl C, you come running to Message Board D to tell us how much you E are disgusted by girl A (and presumably girl B)?

and he’s feeling bitter because he spent his grade-leveled education surrounded by petty, shallow, immature people… nad now, in college itself, some of that has returned, and he is sickened by it. see? profanity free, and everone’s happy. or not.

I’ve thought about it, my OP. I was a little rash and probably stupid for posting it. After all, what business is it of mine what they thought (I’ve been stressed all week anyway, which is why I was probably mad enough to post here)? It was my first Pit thread, and it failed–some people got it, and some don’t. I don’t. But no matter! I am not offended. I will go back to just replying to Pit threads and staying in MPSIMS and IMHO, where I belong.
As for the heavy-set remark, I didn’t mean it in a bad way. I was just presenting a picture. If they were stick thin, I would have said, “skinny”. The writer in me, but I suppose that’s no excuse. Ah well.

FWIW, I’m down with you on this one. I really have a hard time that people in college can be more immature than kids. For example…
I am back in college(after a two year hiatus) and am pretty new to this campus. I asked some kids(kids meaning 1920 year olds, of course) if they knew where a certain building was. Instantly I saw the light of recognition turn on and then the oh-so-obvious “I’m gonna fuck with this guy” look. They look at each other and say no, they’ve never heard of it before, blah blah blah and walk off laughing like two little girls. Stupid fucks.
Then again, maybe the light of recognition was actually just a fart passing or something…
It’s the Pit. The Pit is for complaining. I complained. Besides, obfuck likes to rain on others first Pit threads, as I am told. Make you feel better? Make sure you don’t turn your nose up too high, you might crash into something.
So I’ll go by, you point them out and I’ll kick their asses. Maple woods is close to the airport, how about drop kicking them onto a plane headed for Bumfuck Egypt and letting them deal with it?

Try to remember this: What you witnessed will happen in college and it will likely happen in the workplace. All you can do (short of carrying a stun-gun) is put these people on ignore and don’t participate in it yourself. Know, too, that these losers probably have very low self-esteem and no confidence. Rise above the shit-heap and concentrate on being a good person yourself.
Or, you could smash them both across the face with a 2’x4’. Whichever works.
What Zette said. Also, assume the perps of this kind of behaviour are sad, lonely, pathetic people, because deep in their cold little hearts, that’s what they are. And try to avoid them, because their negative energy will sap you too. Or say something to their victim, to let said victim know they’re not alone in thinking the perps are assholes.
