You dick. You angry burned out loathesome dick. You call yourself a Customer Service Manager? You duck work, you let people hang out to dry for WEEKS AND MONTHS instead of hours and days. You ignore calls. You delete emails. You don’t care about the sense of urgency that every one of our customers feels. It’s what you felt when YOU were a customer and you STILL don’t care.

You hoard information like it was gold dust in the bottom of a pan. You play power games. You tell me every fucking time we speak that you cannot stand the place and will be gone by year’s end. You said that crap LAST year and you are still here.

Either grow the fuck up and STEP UP and work like you are paid to work or bail out and quit already. You angry motherfucker. Our customers lay their entire careers at your feet and you kick most of 'em to the curb until you can be bothered to help them out. You are a disservice to us.

I share your pain. My success and failure also depends on people who seem to just want to wind up my customers through ignorance and indifferance. Rememeber that in heaven such people will be tied on the end of strings for us to beat with a stick.

I wonder if sadistic people are drawn to customer service, or if customer service MAKES people sadistic.
