For example, if you are a large penis, i would call you a Ginormus Dinkus… its a wonderfull insult that i stole from a friend of mine.

Yes, we do. Paradiddles are played every day. All the time. Great rudiment. But the BEST rudiment name is the Flam Paradiddlediddle.
