Fun words

**Hinkerdoodle

Potpurri

Spleen

Putin** (okay, that’s a name, so sue me)**

eep

**And my favorite…

PLASMA!!!

Drummers and percussionists use this word: paradiddle. It’s a real word! And it’s fun!

My favourite word of all, though, has to be the Italian for tortoise: tartaruga. How briliant is that?

For something quie large: Ginormus
(think gigantic and enormus put together)

For example, if you are a large penis, i would call you a Ginormus Dinkus… its a wonderfull insult that i stole from a friend of mine.

Yes, we do. Paradiddles are played every day. All the time. Great rudiment. But the BEST rudiment name is the Flam Paradiddlediddle.

Jman

Darnit, screwed that up. :frowning: My contribution in the above post, is the second line, of course.

I’ve always been partial to flinge. It rolls off the tongue so nicely.
(20 bonus points to whoever can give me the definition of flinge.)

Higgledy-piggledy.

Sesquipedalian.

Hemidemisemiquaver.

I had to Google for it, so it’s not fair for me to claim any credit for what I found. I’ve always been quite partial to flange myself – but that’s entirely another matter :).

Perpendicular tickles as it rolls off the tongue.

Cake. It was mentioned in a similar thread, I believe. Cake is just so fun to say…

Cake Cake Cake.

lapel

Say it with me: Lah-pel. Isn’t it a lovely word?

I bow to anyone who can guess what a monothurian is…

Thats a favorite insult of mine, quite a good one too.

And no one kows what it means, oh yeah!

Ok, want a hint?

Look in biology and oceanography.

Good Luck!

Voo Doo. Great word and fun to say.

Voo Doo on you too.

Ooh! Close! It is related to flange!

The flam paradiddlediddle is fun, but what about the good ole ratamacue? Gotta love it!
Oh yeah, and Anthropocentric feels kinda good too

You-zurp

Mellifluous.

Lugubrious.

Obsequious.

(Love them adjectives!)

Stratification.

Heinous.

Chaos.

Borborygmus.

That reminds me. I’m hungry.

Ok, here comes the cheesy addition to this thread…

My word is “schnicklefritz”. It’s what I call my little girl when she’s being a goofball. =)
