I was just going to ask if that was the same Thag. It’s nice to remember him from his younger, happier, less perforated days.
I can’t find a favorite–New Yorker, I think. A Japanese couple has come home. The room holds pretty much nothing but an overturned bowl of rice, and the caption is something like “Oh, no! The place has been ransacked!”
Apparently, it’s from Punch. Hard to find a good image of it online, though.
