I’m not dipping into any of the existing Galactica threads because I don’t want to risk being exposed to spoilers.
My question is merely this – Will complete episodes be available for viewing on the Sci Fi Channel Web site or on iTunes?

You can view the premiere right now on http://www.scifi.com
Where can we see it? I’m at the Sci-Fi website and I see nothing about it.
Right at the very top of the page it says:
BATTLESTAR
GALACTICA
PREMIERES FRIDAY APRIL 4 AT 10/9C
SEE IT EARLY ON SCIFI.COM - FRIDAY AT NOON E.T.
I think it’s over now, though. It’s well past noon. If you missed it or skipped it (like me) you’ll have to wait until later tonight.
You can also check http://hulu.com - they have part of S3 up.
Is there any word on whether Sci Fi is going to make the episodes available online on an ongoing basis, like NBC does?
The distributor decided to leave iTunes (they’ve pulled all the old seasons even) and moved to Amazon Unbox.
Amazon Unbox’s application isn’t as nice as iTunes and it won’t save to my external hard drive for some reason, but it downloads fine.
I’m trying to watch the first episode of S4 right now on scifi.com, and I have to say that I’m very much not happy about not being able to purchase the episodes on iTunes anymore, and watching them on the site just sucks ass. The screen is distorted. I don’t know the correct term for it technically, but the sides are squished in and/or the tip and bottom are stretched out. I HATE trying to watch shows this way, and I cannot seem to find any setting on their player that will fix it. I can only toggle between seeing the distorted show on a small screen or with a full screen on my monitor.
Seriously sucky suck sucky.
Is this an issue with Unbox? I don’t have a problem paying money to avoid adds and watch on my own schedule, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to endure adds or pay money to watch distorted crap.
ETA I’m watching on a Mac using Firefox. Could it be a browser issue?
Amazon Unbox does not appear to support Mac, and their site just sucks in general. I…just…want…to…purchase…and…watch…the…damn…show.
So far the hulu.com experience is by far the best for my particular preferences. They show it in widescreen, sans any distortion. It still champs my ass that a) I can’t purchase/downloadwatch it on my large TV (as we could with the adaptor we have for our video ipods, via itunes) and b) that a third party provides a superior viewing experience (at least for my OS/browser type) than the scifi channel site itself. Truly mind-boggling.
It looks fine on Unbox. Same as iTunes.
