My productivity is now officially frakked.
Good news for me. I missed the series when it originally aired, so I put all the seasons in my que. Now that I’m up to Season 3, it just isn’t as riveting as it was, and the disk sits around forever till I get around to watching all 4 episodes on the disk.
Is there a way to instantly watch just one episode then pick up where you left off? Don’t think I could sit thru 4 eps all at once on my PC.
I usually watch it streaming through my DVD player and yes, it lets you select single episodes from a multi-episode disc.
Thanks for this - I am enjoying this series quite a bit. While in theory classic science fiction TV shows ought to be something I’d enjoy, I’ve been turned off by the few examples I’ve seen: amateur production values and acting often make shows nothing more than a horrible joke and throw an interesting concept under the bus. So far Battlestar Galactica seems different: the characters seem well defined and well acted, and it has the sense to limit its special effects ambitions to what it can realistically pull off in its budget.
Netflix streaming makes it really easy to try this show out, and so far I like what I see. With what looks like a billion episodes all in HD, here’s hoping I don’t max out my Comcast monthly bandwidth allocation!
