Game: Guess the movie by it's tagline.

I checked on Google, and Wizard of Oz is definitely correct, unless somebody else used it later. Of course, it was also released in 1939, so technically it doesn’t count. Though it was rereleased into theaters in 1999 IIRC.

Cisco, it’s your game, you make the call.

Whoops, I was confused because I didn’t realize that thinksnow’s “Movie, What Movie?” had been answered. I don’t know how I missed that (BTW, Top Secret is a great movie, I definately should’ve known that one.) Shibb, you’re up. Elvis’s re-release clause works for me

Damnit, maybe Shibb isn’t up. Talk about a short term memory…We’re on “Never before has a man done so much with so little,” right?

Is it Braveheart?

grrr, I know this one. It’s so damn familiar. It’s not Honey I Shrunk The Kids but I’m gonna toss that out anyway . . . grr, this is so damn familiar . . .

ooh, Robin Hood: Men In Tights?

Robin Hood… is “The legend had it coming…”, I’m not sure what the “so much with so little” is but it sounds familiar.

Is it porn?

lol . . . no, I don’t follow porn enough for it to be familiar to me there . . . since I just got back from a bar I’m gonna pretend my next guess is “Strange Brew” . . . as valid guesses though can I say “My Cousin Vinny” and “K-Pax”

damn that sounds familiar . . .

OK, I could give you a hint, but I’d have to do so privately.

Private Parts!

Woo!

Okay, next is an easy one:
“Off the record, on the QT, and very hush-hush…”

L.A. Confidential

OK. I’m about to leave for work, so I checked on my copy of L.A. Confidential to confirm my answer and it is correct. So, my offering will be a little harder.

Are you eating it or is it eating you ?

WAG: “Caveman”? “Back when you had to beat it before you could eat it.”

SWAG: Attack of the Killer Tomatoes?

Wasn’t this the tagline for “The Stuff”? If I’m right, I deserve to get a life for a prize…

IMDB confirms that I am right and that I have no life…

NEXT:

“What We Do In Life Echoes In Eternity”

Gladiator. Too easy.

Next up…

“Everything You’ve Heard Is True”

Conspiracy Theory?

I think its “The Blair Witch Project”, isn’t it?

Is it The Skulls ?

IMDB tells me “Blair Witch” is correct.

Next:

“On every street in every city, there’s a nobody who dreams of being a somebody.”
