It’s tactically unwise to let an enemy know what you know.
I’m thinking that’s a wrap for Jamie Lannister, but Bronn finds a way to survive.
It wasn’t a grammar joke, it was a Stannis callback. He said the exact same thing at least once. I think what makes it even better is that Davos started of illiterate.
No way they let him die like that. His death better be more impactful than this.
So many good and wonderful things in this episode. All the remaining Starks have made it home. Did not mind Bran’s scenes too much this episode because of that one line, “Chaos is a ladder” – Littlefinger blanches. Sansa and Arya hugging and hugging again and Sansa saying, “I’m so glad to see you, Jon’s gonna die all over again!”
Davos intimating that Jon was looking at his aunt’s tits.
“Fewer”
Bron. Just Bron. Fucking Bron! I told hubby if I have to choose between the dragon and Bron, I choose Bron.
Tyrion watching a large part of his old people being incinerated. Trying to use The Force to make Jaime run away.
Also, no way they saved Jaime from the dragon fire to have him just die, right? Why’d she burn the provisions?
I’m going to have to watch again a few times.
Stannis also corrected someone with “fewer” a couple of seasons back. So that was a recycled joke.
Mention it to Sansa and Arya, not to Littlefinger.
If I wasn’t pretty sure Jaime was going to kill Cersei, I would agree. As is I’m 70/30 Jaime lives.
Ok…maybe wrong about the gold. Watched it second time but still missed it and Cersei didn’t have it yet in her own hands.
But I do think Jaime has to live- this is a season of reunions. It’s time for Jaime & Tyrion to be reunited, even if it’s not a happy family reunion.
The Theon & Jon Snow reunion was the only underwhelming part of this show.
I assume that Bran and Varys are keeping mum about Littlefinger because they know the Starks will let revenge outweigh a necessary alliance.
I am guessing that one day Littlefinger will be talking to “Robin” and Robin will pull out that dagger. Bran knows this of course.
Doesn’t Dany need the grain and supplies she burned up?
Who saved Jaime?
I am looking forward to Tyrion’s reunion with Jaime and maybe Bronn.
When they contact Cersei for a prisoner swap, what do you think her answer will be?
Are we supposed to think that John and Dany have chemistry? because I don’t feel it. Sir Davos however…
Um, they have really good credit. I am sure they can buy all they want
Absolutly loved seeing Brienne getting schooled by Arya, Syrio did his job
Why would Dany burn all the provisions? At the very least it would feed her own army, or she could return it to the farmers as a sign of good will and benevolence.
Arya Stark: “Most of them are dead already.”
Thanks, I saw it just now on youtube. I didn’t remember that.
I also have long believed Jamie will kill Cercei. I’m 95/5 Jamie lives even without that idea.
Brienne: “Who trained you?”
Arya: “No one.”
Love it.
I doubt that was deliberate. She probably had no idea what was on those horse carts.
You know, it could have been Dickon that saved Jaime and that’s who we see sinking away.
That wasn’t Syrio’s doing.
She wants to starve King’s Landing, which she seems to think is somehow less harsh than conventional/dragon attack.
I think a lot of it was Syrio’s water dance but, like she said, No One taught her.
