Selyse Baratheon hung herself after her daughter was sacrificed.
Good call!
I think they explicitly said they’ve been working around the clock, day and night, to come up with all that wildfyre. It’s implied they’re manufacturing, not collecting it. I guess that could be interpreted either way, but I haven’t re-watched the scene for the actual quote. The impression I got was definitely that it was newly manufactured.
Additionally, when Cersei decides to blow up the Sept, she asks Qyburn to look into rumors that there’s wildfyre stashed around the city. Presumably she would know if the guild was just locating the old stocks of wildfyre and not creating new stuff.
The stabbing may have been the old man who feeds Arya and the Hound.
Yes yes, all this has been mentioned.
However, people in this thread are talking about wildfire being hidden around the city as if it’s known that it exists. I asked if there was a line or scene from the show that shows this. From the results talking past each other I can infer that there wasn’t and it’s all an (perhaps reasonable) assumption.
Brother Ray was hanged by the rogue members of the Brotherhood without Banners, who were in turn hanged by the Hound and their captors.
Jamie knows, and he told Brienne.
I believe you are correct. Those are the people from which the Hound stole the silver, but then their bodies are later discovered by the Hound and the Brotherhood. The old man had evidently killed his daughter and then himself to avoid dying from starvation.
Yes. He told Brienne about the stuff that Qyburn found and moved under the Sept of Baelor which was then consumed in an explosion.
Whether or not there are additional caches that Qyburn did not find is unknown, as far as I can tell.
No, AFAIK there is no definite statement that there are still caches around the city after the Sept of Baelor explosion. However, it would be no surprise if it turned out there were, either caches still left over from Aerys or planted by Cersei for whatever reason. And Cersei has had plenty of time to make more.
Considering the importance of wildfire to the storylines of both the Targaryens and Lannisters (including Jaime, Tyrion, and Cersei, for different reasons) I would be surprised if it doesn’t come into play in the final conflict between them.
Of course (and of course, the majority of people in the western world also have sex before 18). This makes the concern all the more ridiculous. That people would be worried about whether the character (not even the actor) who is seen as about to have sex would be or not above the age of consent if she was real, and actually had sex, and was living in their jurisdiction, is nonsentical.
I’m not sure people were on the verge of fainting. I gave my explanation before, but I binged all 7 seasons together, so she still REALLY seemed like a young teenager to me. Plus, she just looks young, and I’m not one to want to see women that look like young teens getting naked. I wasn’t shocked or grossed out or fainting. I felt skeevy actually, looking at the side boob of a girl who was 10 years old 3 days before, that’s all.
You watched 67 episodes in 3 days? That’s like 22 hours of TV a day…
Personally, my evaluation of her as an innocent waned when her murder count reached double digits.
Great!
You most certainly have a point. There’s a distinct lack of likeable characters who don’t have a lawful stupid or raven useless alignement since the death of lady Mormont.
I’m considering rooting for Robin Arryn.
Remembered the hanging : Stannis’ wife. Still can’t remember who stabbed himself, though.
Maybe 4 days
It was quite a weekend binge.
Wow. I love the show, some of the middle seasons especially, but I don’t think I could take that.
Yes. It definitely looks like a cheap, generic takeout cup a non-branded caterer might use. People are just saying “Starbucks” because they are heedless, unobservant.
I’m not too shocked that they failed to notice it in the editing process. It’s the failure to notice it on the set in the moment that is surprising–but as I’ve said, sometimes everyday objects can become mentally “invisible”.
