Definitely Luke Skywalker. Has Wesley Crusher shown any driving skills whatsoever?

Princess Leia. Her double-bun hairstyle will provide acoustic guidance.
Lt. Sulu vs. Darth Maul, foil fencing.
We already know Sulu can do it (“Oh, my!”) and Darth Maul would probably be unfamiliar with the weapon, so 50 quatloos on the Enterprise man!
Dr. McCoy vs. Adm. Ackbar in a bicycle race.
My money is on Dr. McCoy, I’m not sure that the Admiral can see very well directly in front.
Captain Kirk vs. Commander Riker on the Dating Game.
It’s supposed to be ST v. SW, but… Kirk has more charm in his little finger than Riker has in his entire body. Plus, Riker will put off the women when he sits down in that weird way he has.
Uhura vs. Rey playing volleyball.
Sorry about that, should have been Kirk vs, Han Solo on the Dating Game.
Kirk still wins on the charm front. Plus, he’s got a nicer ship than the Falcon.

Palpatine. Wesley has youthful vigor, but Palpy doesn’t even need to move to control the ball.
Jabba the Hutt vs. the Borg Queen in a swimsuit competition
Jabba has people to do that for him.
