Now, seeing as I have never to my recollection interacted with you on the boards at all, in fact I don’t even know what latrine they fished you out of in order to make you a moderator, I think I have the right to know where this is coming from. Are Ad Hominem attacks now standard procedure for moderators? Are you too intellectually challenged to address yourself to the issues at hand? Are you perhaps so bitter at your own empty life composed of reheated pizza, stale beer, hand lotion and transvestite goat porn that you feel the need to randomly lash out at people with real lives? I’m genuinely curious to know, since I seem to have engendered an irrational hatred in you. Dave: In all fairness to Frank (not that I think that the snide aside about you was appropriate, accurate, or called for), I don’t see his comments as coming from him as a Moderator; he was just another schlep in the fray.

Frank, aka This Year’s Model, is a dick, and something of an idiot to boot. I believe before he was a mod he was just another random leftist, and I bet you guys had contact. (Though I don’t remember if he was one of the reasonable ones or one of the shrill idiots. I would guess the latter.) At any rate, it’s not as though not having any basis for his opinions of posters ever stopped him from sharing them.
The genital reference above is not meant as a response to Frank’s moderatorial failings, but rather his personal ones; under my understanding of the rule invoked in Ellis Dee’s brief suspension, I’m in the clear here.
Incidentally, Weirddave is no stranger to strong words, but “always” is a strong claim; he’s certainly fun and pleasant much of the time. And I think “bitter” in general is a bit of a stretch. “Bilious”, yes - even bellicose - but usually in an amusing way. “Vile” is certainly undeserved; it’s silly to imagine that one can judge a person so thoroughly as to call them “vile” on the basis of behavior on a message board. “Vicious” - perhaps, but in my experience he seems that way only when provoked.
Let’s address the real issue here. It’s clear, Frank, that your zeal for alliteration overwhelmed your better judgment and led you to condemn Weirddave in terms that are not only a bit exaggerated but also factually poor descriptors. I expect better from you in the future.
