GeeDubya Speaks From the Ass

Diogenes, I am so fucking sick of your predictable and tired bullshit.

Rather than try to sway your little pinhead brain with logic or words, I’ll just let you know that after reading your OP, I will never again bother to read anything that you post here. As far as I’m concerned, your wordy opinions don’t exist.

I will now skip over your posts much like I would step over steaming dogshit piled on the sidewalk.

It’s not because I’m afraid to read them, or that the content bothers me or conflicts with my own views. Rather, it’s just because you’ve grown tiresome, and your pseudo-intellectual rants offer nothing but repetition. You embarass liberals, and you make conservatives laugh.

Diogenes, you have been marginalized.

Please don’t do that. You do a disservice only to yourself, Booka. Granted, Dio is opinionated and bombastic, particularly with respect to politics. He admits that himself. But he honestly has a heart of gold, and so often provides great insight to issues that dismissing him altogether is a serious mistake. He’ll wrestle you to the ground as you debate with him, but he will never pull out the pathetic “I’ve lost all respect for you” card as a desperation tactic the way some of the more hysterical leftists and rightists do. Just because he fights vigorously for his point of view does not mean that he is dishonest or even mean. You know how it is. Two men fight. They go to the ground, gouging and pounding each other. They arise as friends with mutal respect. Dio is a fighter, but he is not a bully.

I think it’s you that has reading comprehension problems. please find a cite where Bush has proclaimed he “doesn’t read”.

First cite that popped up when googling “Bush Doesn’t Read”

He doesn’t read newspapers.

That is just so unfair! Once again, that little slut Dio gets all the attention! I’m just a partisan as he is! Sure, I’m wittier, and better looking, but where’s my fair share of calumny?

And Lib…he is too a bully! Takes on a guy like Booka (is that a very tall invisible rabbit with a drinking problem?), and he always makes a big display of tying one hand behind his back and yawning. That is sooooo disrespectful!

According to CNN this morning, unemployment is down a tenth.

No. He doesn’t read newspapers. What he reads is a compendium of world and national news, from classified and unclassified sources, prepared for him daily by White House staffers.

This briefing includes a sampling of national and international opinion.

It is prepared for only a select few in the White House, though everybody wants to be on the distribution list.

He reads this briefing religiously, before meeting with his national security team, every day.

Now, how is he any less informed by passing up the New York Times? Especially in light of their recent troubles.

So he could have saved some of those seven minutes just by having Condi prepare a *summary * of “The Pet Goat” for him?

“How is he less informed” etc., you ask? How could he be any less informed than he is? What evidence do you see of him being as informed about the world as the average New York, hell, Post, much less Times, reader?

I didn’t detect enough of a contrast between the 2 major party canditates. One of many examples:

Play the God-The Almighty Creator-Word Usage Game™
Both Kerry & Bush referred to God three times. Match the candidate to the quotes:
[]“A prayer for God to bless America”[]“Every worker in America has an equal shot at living up to their God-given potential”[]“Freedom is…Almighty God’s gift to every man and woman in this world”[]“God bless you, and God bless the United States of America”[]“I don’t want to claim that God is on our side. I want to pray humbly that we are on God’s side”[]“May God bless you, and may God continue to bless our great country”
Because he is briefed by people who serve at his discretion? And nobody wants to tell the Boss bad news? Which is widely known to anyone who bothers to read a bit of history.

“Yessir, you really screwed the pooch that time, sir! Stuffed a hand grenade up yer Nixon and pulled the pin! Beyond All Recognition, sir!..”

Who do you think does that? Andy Card? Scott McLellan?

I was all set to post a remark and eluci beat me to it!

Of course, you mean a tenth of a percent, do you not? As you have a pretty good record for candor, I’ll cheerfully make that assumption. However, given as we need something like 155,000 just to keep up with population growth, there is no good reason to pop the champagne corks. If we could afford any. Which we can’t.

Anemic. Not on life support, not terminal. But still, anemic.

“Almost adequate days are here again! The skies above are drear again! Let us sing the dirge of fear again, Thank God its him not me!..”

Wait a bit, the caffeine wears off and the meds kick in…

Nurse? Nurse?..

[…shrug…] You’re the one who picked the quote and assigned it significance. Maybe you should have picked the story about the subliminal cross in the podium.

Milk and puppies. What the hell kind of sport shake is that?

Well, evil. Duh!

That’s why I said Mockingbird was the one with the reading comprehension problems.

He doesn’t read daily briefs either…

So where the fuck has he been for four years? Oh, right, on more vacations than any president in history.

Since he was basically repeating his promises of four years ago and acting like it was all brand new, we can now assume that GW is admitting that he has accomplished absolutely fucking NOTHING in four years other than to run up record deficits and make every attempt to destroy the economy, which, contrary to all the fucking bullshit, is in the toilet.

It was an hour of pretending that he’s a brand new person, and that he’s going to fix the gol-durn gubmint that someone (surely not HE) has fucked up during the last four long, tedious, agonizing years of mismanagement and fiscal irresponsibility.

Kerry has come out swinging, although being semi-coherent at midnight in Podunkville was probably not the best choice. Since Dubya has refused to engage in debates so America and the world won’t see what a total fucking clueless ape he really is, the Kerry team needs to keep the gloves off and punch this fucker senseless at every opportunity. There’s so much to choose from, it should be fairly easy pickings.

That might have been the scariest and most distrubing part. Hes right.

With no election and Republicans in every branch, what little restraint hes shown so far is gone.

Well, for starters, try googling Barbara Bush and “My beautiful Mind” and get back to us.
