Every radio show this morning was talking about Ms. Davis’ tranparent attire at the awards last night, which I missed. Anybody know where there’s pics on the web so I can have a look myself?
Can’t help you there, tim, but when my husband and I walked into the room just as she was being interviewed, our 11-year-old said, “Holy cripes, Mom! Can she SHOW that on tv? Whaddya call that?”
My husband replied without missing a beat, “Anatomy 101.”
Yes, it was BAD. She knew it and didn’t care. Erg. Drains all the sexy out IMHO.
The dress showed off her assets, but it was HIDEOUS!!! It looked as if she’d been attacked by Spiderman on her way to the show.
She’s a beautiful woman, but she should really think about paying someone to dress her. I’ve seen Cher look more elegant and classy.
This is topic #2 devoted to Ms. Davis’ attire or lack therof. It was still pretty nasty.
If she wanted attention she got it and best of all…it’s free.

Unfortunately, the photo is such that, if you’re wondering what the heck a “poonanny” is, none of the most likely candidates are sufficiently exposed to allow you to make an educated guess.
Here’s another look at Ms. Davis’ attire.
I believe the word is punani (courtesy of Ali G).
Is it me or did Sarah Jessica Parker look like she was wearing a Truffula Tree?
The second picture posted was probably a closer example of what we saw on TV.
Her parts were very well in view. I couldn’t believe that one can wear something like that without breaking any decency laws.
I saw more of Geena Davis last night than I saw of my best friend when I was her labour coach.
Where’s the other thread? I did a search of “Geena Davis” before I opened this one.
Hey! I kinda like Calista Flockhart’s dress!
Thanks! That explains why I couldn’t find “Voodoo Punani” on Napster, in my search I was spelling it like I did in the thread title.
Wow! Will this be the next teenage trend? Bodystockings in high school, boys and girls!
Geena is still worth looking at, and…heck…aging actresses, those past 30, are allowed to do WHATEVER to keep their career going.
