I think they look quite Neanderthal, but I would agree with “metro.”

I wouldn’t even say metro, but cultured. There’s a distinction.
And yes, H. Neanderthalensis, definitely.
Also, having majored in anthropology and concentrated in human evolution when I was in college, I’ve loved this part of Geico’s ad campaign. They’ve been doing some great work over the past couple of years.
They look like Neanderthal to me…particually around the jaw line:
