When the rest of the outstanding votes are added, Ossoff will take a respectable lead. He’s now behind by only about 2,000.
ETA: Oops. Some number was incorrectly input. Ossoff is actually down by about 19,000.

15.6k now.
Still more “more” Blue coming in than more Red coming in tonight, sounds like.
If they flip the two seats and the senate goes 50/50 Whois Senate!ajority LeadEr? Is it still McTurtle?
Schumer?? I think?
Come on, Jon! What a nail biter for him.
NYTimes estimates that the remaining 248,000 votes will be 62% Ossoff. He needs to win 53% of them.
No, it’s a Dem, based on the VP casting vote.
Yes, Schumer. And that is the most important thing that’s happening tonight.
Buy my reckoning, Ossoff is going to win by damn close to 11,799 votes!
Ossoff is out pacing Biden. Chatham county has gone home, but has a last dump to drop momentarily.
CNN says 20k still left to drop just from DeKalb, that alone is a ~15k swing for Ossoff.
Somebody want to “take one for the team” and tell us how the tone is over on Fox? I’m having too much fun watching MSNBC.
Nope. That’s the huge gain. It’s not just two more votes. It’s who gets to decide what gets brought to the Senate floor to be voted on.
So we can get started on forcing everyone to get gay married, right?
seriously? This is an easy way to pick up cash. OF COURSE Loeffler will object. Lawsuits will be filed, with no evidence whatsoever. Accusations will be made outside of the court, and quietly not referred to inside the court. Rabble will be roused!
I’m for making everyone have abortions.
Yeah, I think that’ll be really interesting. Seems to me over the past decade, Republicans have been shielded by McConnell from having to vote against massively popular progressive proposals. They’re gonna lose that shield. If Democrats play this well, either there’ll be a new spirit of bipartisanship, or else Republicans are going to have an ugly-as-shit voting record to run on in 2022.
Chatham just dumped. Ossoff closing in, Warnock holding a lead.
