German Drinking song

In a number of Mel Brooks movies, as well as at least one Computer game “Return to Castle Wolfentein”, there are references to what I’m assuming is a german drinking song. However, I have no idea which one it is, because the only words I can ever catch are “Ja, Ja, Ja, Ja!” in sucession.

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me what song this is so It won’t bug me anymore?

Thanks in advance.

Du, du, liegst mir im Herzen

Du, du, liegst mir im Herzen,
Du, du, liegst mir im Sind.
Du, du, machst mir viel schmerzen,
Weisst nicht wie gut ich dir bin.
Ja, ja, ja, ja,
Weisst nich wie gut ich dir bin.

This is a love song, but it’s about a lost love, so I guess it could also be a drinking song. Roughly translated – the only way I can translate German – it says:

You, you live in my heart,
You, you live in my mind.
You, you make me feel sorrow,
You don’t know how good I’ve been to you.

Yep. Definitely a drinking song. That’s the only time I’ve heard it is at my family’s German/Donauschwaben weddings and get-togethers.

Try it sometime. After about 12 beers. Anyone can sing!
