German translation, anyone?

I’m booking a hostel in Konstanz for a few days and the reservation form is only in German. I really ought to be good enough at the language by now to do this, but I’m a bit paranoid.

The first four look like arrival date, arrival time, departure date and departure time, correct? Then it’s young (under 27?) men, young women but what is “durschnittliches Alter”? Then adult men, adult women and how many of those are married. The drop-tab is whether I want solely a room and breakfast or the full nine, then title, name, company, address, postcode, country and contact info, yes?

That’s male and female minors (14-17) and their average age.

Correct. (You skipped “city” but I assume you know that one, too)

Oh, sorry. I used the ordinary legal definition of “Jugendlicher” but then I saw that the age limit for the lower price is 27. I agree, that’s probably what they mean.
